Still waiting for refund on my return

The customer service is extremely slow! I requested to return my sleepphones within the returns period, as they were painful on my ears when sleeping on my side. It took 2 weeks for someone to reply to my email and send the returns address. I returned the sleepphones by 48 hour tracked delivery on 23rd September and still haven't received any notification of receiving my return and I still haven't received a refund. I'm wondering if I will ever receive it, it's a lot of money to be waiting on!

The products are OK but the support model is Abysmal

I recently bought their most expensive Effortless model and had some trouble with it.
The only way to contact support is to email an address at sleepphones.co.uk. I tried that and got an out of office message back from somebody at go10.co.uk. They didn't say when they would be back, but they did mention another 'team' email address at go10.co.uk, so I emailed that. In reply I received a different out of office email from someone saying they were out for the rest of the week but somebody from the team would get back to me. They didn't.
There is also an 0800 number on the website for sales, so in desperation I tried that. It went to an EE mobile voicemail.
It seems pretty clear that SleepPhones UK has outsourced their UK support to go10.co.uk, so I searched my Linked-In contacts for go10.co.uk and their Managing Director was there, so I messaged him for help. He didn’t reply, and instead simply blocked me.
So by all means buy some SleepPhones, but don’t expect any help from them if you have a problem. Instead, you will have to do as I will, and go to your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

 

Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)

We endeavour to despatch orders as quickly as possible.  Deliveries usually take 2/3 working days from time of order but can take up to 5 days.  
All orders are despatched via a tracked service with a recognised parcel carrier.
