      Listening without disturbing partner

      Comfortable to wear if you get the right size (the first time I had to return as too tight but replacement sent quickly with no quibble), and perfectly adequate stereo sound for listening to radio 3 in bed without disturbing my wife's sleep. You need to fiddle with the phones to get them exactly placed for optimum sound, but this is easy to do. I am on my third set. Each of the first two had to be replaced after about a year when the wiring round the plug failed, but as it is the best in bed listening experience I have found, I decided each time to buy again. A facility to send.back for rewiring would be useful.

      I couldn’t be happier with my SleepPhones v6 Classic Headband Sleeping Headphones (Wired)! They’re a total game-changer for anyone who struggles with uncomfortable earbuds or headphones while trying to relax or sleep. The headband is incredibly soft and comfortable, fitting snugly but not too tight, so you barely notice it’s there. It’s perfect for lying on your side without any discomfort, which is something I’ve never found in any other audio product.

      The sound quality is surprisingly quaint and soothing, which is exactly what you need for falling asleep. Whether I’m listening to guided meditations, white noise, or soft music, everything comes through clearly and at just the right level without being overwhelming. Plus, the wired connection is reliable and hassle-free—no worrying about batteries or connectivity issues.

      Good product with small caveats

      I bought this as I recently moved to a flat in London near a busy road, and wasn't sleeping particularly well. Overall the product definitely helps - I currently wear earplugs and play white noise through this headband, which more or less blocks out the traffic noise and reduces me waking up randomly in the night so much. The audio quality is also good (even though I don't really use it for music), and the wire is long enough not to be a problem.

      The notable small problems are that the speakers aren't very comfortable to lie on, so sometimes you might wake up with sore ears if you are a side sleeper. The speakers themselves can move a bit too so that they're not on your ears anymore and you have to readjust. Of course these are difficult issues for the manufacturer to work around but worth noting, and is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. Overall though a very solid product and happy for the price.

      Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

       

      Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
      Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
      Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
