ASL14 (Oblong) is the current version for wireless SleepPhones

All come with the same 1 year warranty as your original SleepPhones. Please note that these do not come with the SleepPhones headband.


SleepPhone® Effortless Charging Base:

If you ever lose your SleepPhones® Effortless™ charging base, you can easily replace it with this standalone charging base. The SleepPhones® Effortless™ charging base (ASL07) is ONLY compatible with the Effortless Module (ASL10). If you intend to induction charge your SleepPhones® Effortless™, you will need both parts.

SleepPhone® Wireless, Simple, and ASMR Edition modules do not work with SleepPhones® Effortless™ Charging Base.

Please note that this charging base does not come with the SleepPhones® headband or speakers. This is a replacement part.

Great to use, but only last two years

Comfortable and easy to set up, but the cable becomes stiff over time and eventually brittle and snaps, this needing replacing everything 18-24 months

Replacement Sleep phones module, works well, slow delivery

After a few years of use, the main module of my sleep phones started to degrade. Battery swole up and held almost no charge. Ordered a replacement for the module rather than a whole new set of sleep phones. Glad you can do that, saves money and waste. New module works fine.

Knocking off 1 star because when you charge £3.95 for postage on what is basically a large letter sized parcel, it shouldn't take a week to arrive.

Nonexistent customer service

I put in the wrong address, and immediately emailed to correct it, then two days later received an email saying that the shipment was sent and it's impossible to change the address. Now some rando has my headphones and I have a review form. So all in all I'm wondering whether to order another pair or just use my broken ones since I don't know if I'll bother to order another pair... Anyways 3/10 at least someone has them

Easy repairs

Really pleased to have found a company that allow you to replace the broken parts without having to replace everything else. The repair was quick and easy. Here's hoping for another 5 years of regular use before I need any more spare parts!

Not received- Ignored emails

Order a replacement part after the Bluetooth wireless module in my existing pair developed a fault and became swollen. Never received order. Phone number on site doesn't offer support for the company anymore it seems and emails unanswered. Disputed transaction with bank was only recourse. Repeat customer lost.

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

 

Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
