Pretty basic, considering the price!

They do what they say on the tin, I guess, but there are a few problems that make them a bit of a rip off for the price, to be honest.

No adjustment on the headband means that unless you’ve got an exactly right-sized head for the band, it’ll slip off in the night. The set I bought for my fiancée does exactly that on her. Would definitely recommend buying a size smaller than you think you need!

The actual controls on the inside are pretty basic and the charging port is so snug that’s a bit of a faff to charge.

On the plus, it’s easy to set up and the sound quality is decent, providing you’ve got the earphones directly over your ears.

I’m still using them most nights because they’re paid for now at the end of the day and aren’t bad enough to warrant sending back, but I’m not sure they’re worth the better part of £100.

Great for side sleepers

This is the second SleepPhone Headband I have bought. The first headband I bought was around 8 years ago and was the wired fleece headband. I decided to upgraded to the wireless version with the non fleece headband. The reason for the upgrade was due to the older fleece headband having stretched a bit and my desire to go wireless - I would occasionally get woken up with the wire getting tangled up. What can I say about the new one - the headband is great and creates a nice secure seal around my head meaning that it doesn't slip or move about overnight, I don't think the headphone pad is as soft in my new version, but still comfortable for side sleeping, and finally the battery pack, it can be a bit fiddly to operate. The pocket for the battery pack allows a fair bit of movement, so locating the three operating buttons can be a bit hit or miss as sometimes they end up under the SleepPhones label. Having a smaller, more defined pocket would solve this. Overall I love my SleepPhones, they are a must for overnight stays and one of the first things I look out.

Better Sleep

The Sleep Phones have helped me get off to sleep wonderfully. They are comfortable to wear, even with a full CPAP mask. A bit fiddly to get earpieces in right place but I imagine design is like it is to maximise comfort.

I had old wired sleepiness but never took effort to uploading new tracks into my iPod so I end up not using it that much, but this one comes with AI generated app amazing

Measure around the forehead, just above the ears, and around the hair in the back to determine head size. If your measurement falls on a size cut off guideline, we recommend that you order the smaller size as there is a bit of stretch in the fleece material. 

 

Extra Small/Small =  51 - 54 cm (UK Hat Size Up to 6 3/4)
Medium (one size fits most) = 55 - 59 cm (UK Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7 3/8)
Extra Large/Large = 60 - 63 cm (UK Hat Size 7 1/2 and up)
